McFatty Monday Week VIII: B+























Before/After

I'll let the pictures do most of the talking! In total, I've lost 6.5 pounds in the last 8 weeks.

I lost some momentum after the first four weeks and I almost made up for it over the last two. I'm lighter on my feet, I'm rock'n the gym, and I'm slimming down! Can you see it, too? I've lost 13.38 inches in all!

So, see?! This goes to show that even if the scale isn't moving down as fast as you'd like, lifting weights and moving that bod can change body composition in appreciable ways.

For the upcoming weeks I've completely overhauled my weight lifting routine (I get a lot of my workouts from this site, under "training"). I'm also committed to working out 4 days every week, and now that the weather is getting warmer...er, sort of, I may be able to work in a nice run, preferably over the weekend when I'd much rather be focused on family than driving across town to the gym.

Cardio: A
Strength Training: B
Weight Watchers: A
