Oh lucky day!

I'm on a mad hunt for nursery inspiration. Do you remember Roscoe's bunny?

As I perused the Internet tonight I found the series of knitted wool animals at Anthropologie.

Estelle the elephant (with fruit on her head), and Gerard the giraffe are my favorites.

  1. OMG!! When I looked at the picture before I read what you wrote underneath, I thought the Elephant too!! The Giraffe is extra cute too! I like the size of that thing!

  2. I don't know that I'll use them for Little Sears's nursery--I think I'm going to go in a different direction...but I was excited to find the family of wool animals because the bunny is so special to us.

  3. Oh, so sweet :) I'm a big fan of Restoration Hardware Baby & Child for nursery decorating inspiration. I think their styles are sweet and classic without being overly baby-ish or charactery (I made that word up, but I'm sure you know what I mean). Happy designing! I can't wait to see how it all comes together.

  4. Mama Tully: Restoration Hardware's new Fall line is really nice. I like it a lot! I feel the same way about character themes, and some nurseries just don't transition well as the child grows. I loved putting Roscoe's nursery together, but I am having a hard time coming up with something for this one. If it had been a girl, strawberries and pigs was my theme...remember that pig mobile I bought almost a year ago? Yeah, that will have to wait!
