Approved!

I've always thought that people who felt the need to have a fireman inspect their car seat, or worse, install it for them, were playing it ridiculously safe. However, on Saturday after a little push from Jacqueline, I left my ego behind (for what I’m sure will not be the last time) and drove to the fire station by my office in order to have the "car seat technician" jerk my car seat all around and flip through my owner's manual for a few minutes. After he was done I received a satisfactory, "Well, you are one of the few who did it right", verbal approval, and now I'm free to pop that baby into his seat whenever he gets here.
